Verify Your Product
This is a self-service checklist that helps you determine whether a product you currently own may be subject to the active regulatory complaints documented on this site. Answer the questions below honestly. If you answer "yes" to any red-flag question, stop consuming the product and follow the steps at the bottom of this page.
The publisher is not making medical or legal recommendations. This checklist is provided for consumer-protection purposes only. Always consult the relevant regulatory authority with questions about product safety.
Look at your packaging and answer:
- Q1. Does the brand name on the package say "Nutrition Elements" or "Moonshot Gummies"?
- Q2. Does the package list a manufacturer or distributor in Bloomington, MN or Minneapolis, MN?
- Q3. Is there an address on the package that reads "10740 Lyndale Ave" or "Suite 11W"?
- Q4. Does the bag contain gummies and is labeled with a "per-serving" CBD or THC content (for example, 75 mg, 25 mg, 10 mg)?
- Q5. Did you purchase the product in North Dakota but the bag's text appears to be for a Minnesota or multi-state market?
Check whether the product may have been packed in the alleged unsanitary environment:
- Q6. Did you purchase the product between December 2025 and August 2026?
- Q7. Is the package a resealable plastic bag with a heat-sealed closure (rather than a tamper-evident factory seal)?
- Q8. Does the bag have no visible lot number, or a lot number that matches no Certificate of Analysis you can find?
- Q9. Has the product been stored in warm conditions (above 75°F / 24°C) for more than a few days?
- Q10. Have you noticed any off odor, unusual texture, discoloration, or visible particles in the gummies?
